The calm after the storm...

If I was hoping for some quiet this weekend, after the whirlwind that was London Fashion Week, I was seriously mistaken. Apparently, life goes on outside the fashion week bubble, a fact I always find surprising after being consumed, immersed in it for six days straight. Copenhagen Fashion Week looks like a much more civilised affair, if these images- shot by Stefano Gali and styled by Rainer Metz- are anything to go by. Taken during the event in various locations across the city, and utilising clothes from designers based in the city (including Rickard Lindqvist, Klar Berlin, Peter Jensen and Nikolaj d'Étoiles), the images exude an effortless simplicity and a serene calm, testament to the duos' organisation and the more laidback nature of Copenhagen Fashion Week. Maybe my destination of choice next February?
