Willem Jaspert's photography acts as an illustration to a journey. By choosing interesting locations and playing with the time era he allows you to think as if you are travelling alongside the models in his images.

Using smoky canyons, cornfields and grassy sand dunes as his background, it would be easy for the characters to get lost within the location, however the strong expressions which he evokes from them are what hold your attention before you notice the wonderfully selected scenery.

However captivating his images may be, what I find myself favouring most is his short films that display youthful adventures ranging from sad and lonesome walks on a beach to fun, energetic and playful games of tag.
