Melanie Rodriguez paints a picture of the world through heart shaped glasses. Grainy and inherently grungy images are romanticised as the haze of filtered light creates a disconnected and nostalgic world. Each picture is like a memory, which is slowly fading but despite this the story behind the photo remains strong, as the original tale becomes a fragmented, poetic dream.
