Magda Antoniuk

Magda Antoniuk is a Polish illustrator who draws beautiful models wearing very sleek clothing. As a photographer I cannot help but envision her sketches as incredible fashion stills. Her portfolio is laden with endless beauty and her attention to detail is acute. I am in awe of how she manages to get the grey scales so right, and am intrigued by the hints of slight computer manipulation.

I love the way the models pose and how they are styled making me wish I had my camera nearby to capture them. My favourite though, is the image with the model's face covered by flowers as birds surround her. I could almost imagine someone having this picture as a tattoo, a statement I could no doubt extend to any one of her drawings.
