Somehow, in the madness of multiple fashion weeks I have missed out on rather a lot of my usual fashion reading…well that’s the official excuse for managing to miss this amazing editorial from Dansk magazine. Shot by Signe Vilstrup, whose work has featured in Elle and Vogue, and styled by Sassie Bare. I have always been a fan of Vilstrup’s editorials, which feature strong, provocative women, who are simultaneously ferocious and feminine. This shoot is no different, and reinterprets traditional religious iconography with a fabulous fashion twist. I love the Baroque inspired embellishments, overly decadent veils and bubblegum pink hair…and don’t get me started on the floral stockings.
